Paramus Firefighters Douse Garbage Truck Blaze

Paramus firefighters doused a Friday morning blaze in a garbage truck in a Route 4 parking lot near Bergen Town Center.

Black smoke billowed from the truck as firefighters doused the flames outside Paramus Furniture & Dinettes on the eastbound highway.

No injuries were reported.
